1. Diagnose

Overview

(Most Design Companies don't start here) The first stage of our process is about gathering intelligence. We use a range of bespoke tools designed to infiltrate your organisation and deliver clear and honest feedback.


Deliverables

Our goal is to provide you with a 360º view of where you are, so that we can work together to set realistic targets for where you want to be. In this stage we can work gathering data by hand, provide you with the tools to gather the data or if you already have up-to-date information, simply organise it for digest. 2. Prescribe

Overview

Most Design Companies will start here, but we don't, as we believe prescribing a strategy before understanding the challenge is like deciding the butler did it before you know it's a murder mystery. Once you know where you are going, we help you decide how to get there.


Deliverables

We build a team of creative's bespoke to your challenge, ensuring that no opportunity is missed and no potential strategy discarded due to lack of technical knowledge. Working with your leadership team and vision our strategic team develops a series of ideas of how to achieve your targets, drawing on their broad knowledge to ensure that any strategy is actionable at every level of your organisation. These strategies are then refined and presented to your leadership team, along with a full project plan for integration into your broader business strategy.

3. Application

Overview

Application of a strategy is often the most important phase of a project. We use strict planning as a tool to ensure that your budgets are met and not exceeded.


Deliverables

Working collaboratively with your in-house teams, our technical teams are adept at drawing on existing resources to minimise cost. Applying a strategy across an entire organisation is often complex and we concentrate our efforts on effective planning and efficient delivery. Where possible we integrate our processes with your selected suppliers, or identify specialist capable improving the application, a feat only made possible by our broad technical skills base. 4. Re-Application

Overview

Re-Application of a project is something we plan from the start. It should not be 'pasted' in at the end. We regularly review the performance of our projects, working with our clients to improve delivery and increase their ROI.


Deliverables

Dependent on the project we plan regular meetings and review sessions. Setting up data collection process throughout projects allows us to quickly monitor, analyse and optimise sections of an application. Our insights built over a huge and diverse range of projects allows us the insight to quickly remove 'dead wood' and scale up 'green-shoots' to make sure every part of your budget is maximising its return.
